Our Conditions of Sale are as follows:-

Suitable selection of tiles is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Ownership of goods is not passed until full payment is made and cleared.
This is a final sale and NO RETURNS are accepted.
No claims shall be allowed in respect of variation in shade and if goods are found to be of a defective nature after tiles are fixed. It is the responsibility of the tiler to check the tiles before the tiles are fixed. No tile is guaranteed against crazing.
To avoid damage by foreign materials during installation we recommend the use of suitable protective measures after fixing the product.
No responsibility will be taken for incorrect quantities due to misinterpretation of plans or information supplied by the client.
All goods sold are subject to their normal and natural colour variations and samples given in our showroom are to be considered indicative only.
Sizes indicated are nominal only. No responsibility will be taken for normal variation incurred in the firing process.
No responsibility will be accepted by the Company for damage which occurs by the use of cleaning products on ceramic tiles.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check all goods upon receipt.
